Over the last 20 years we have specialized in light boxes, illuminated walls, LED exhibition walls and illuminated exhibition stands. During this time, our company has gained experience, kept an eye on and pushed ahead with technological developments. This is how we have continuously developed in order to always be able to offer you the latest and most efficient products.

In recent years, the development of the light box structure has made enormous progress. In the past, light boxes were mainly illuminated with fluorescent tubes, which were effective but also had some disadvantages. These tubes had a limited lifespan, required a certain start-up time to reach their full brightness and consumed a relatively high amount of energy. In addition, they generated a significant amount of heat during operation, which made their use in certain environments such as homes and offices difficult.

With the advent of LED technology, the picture has changed fundamentally. LEDs, or light emitting diodes, offer a number of advantages over traditional fluorescent tubes. One of the most outstanding advantages is their longevity. LEDs have a significantly longer lifespan and can reach many thousands of hours of operation before they need to be replaced. This not only reduces maintenance costs, but also the effort required to replace lamps on a regular basis. Another significant advantage of LED technology is its low energy consumption. LEDs are far more energy efficient than fluorescent tubes, resulting in significant savings in running costs. This low energy consumption makes them a more environmentally friendly option, as less electricity is used and therefore less CO2 emissions are generated. A particularly important aspect that makes LEDs so attractive for use in light boxes is their low heat generation. While fluorescent tubes can give off a lot of heat during operation and thus increase the ambient temperature, LEDs remain comparatively cool. This has two main advantages: Firstly, the risk of overheating and associated damage to the light boxes themselves is reduced. Secondly, it allows the use of LED light boxes in areas where an additional heat source is undesirable, such as homes and offices. Here, LEDs contribute to a more pleasant indoor climate and do not have a negative impact on well-being. Thanks to these advantages, the use of LED technology in light boxes has spread rapidly and opened up new markets. Modern LED light boxes are available in various designs that can be adapted to different requirements and environments. There are models that are specifically designed to be suspended from the ceiling, those that can be mounted on walls, and even light boxes that serve as room dividers. This versatility greatly expands the possible uses and offers designers and architects more freedom when designing interiors.

Many of the LED lightboxes available today are also made from flat aluminum profiles. This enables a slim design that fits seamlessly into modern interior designs. A typical design feature is a construction depth of just 4 cm, which makes installation on walls easier and offers a discreet but effective lighting solution. The LED modules are integrated in such a way that they are either mounted on a plate on the back of the light box to evenly illuminate the graphic print from behind, or are mounted within the aluminum profiles to ensure intensive and homogeneous illumination. Whether in public spaces, at trade fairs, in offices or at home – LED light boxes offer flexible and sustainable lighting solutions that are unmistakable in their effect.

The light boxes are covered with an individual image motif using a special, highly scattering textile slide material that is produced in our in-house printing shop. This process guarantees you the highest quality and seamless integration of the desired motifs into the light boxes. Our slide material is a high-performance textile material that has been specially developed for optimal light scattering. This means that the light emitted by the LED modules inside the light box is evenly distributed over the entire surface of the image motif. This creates a brilliant and homogeneous lighting result that has no dark or overly bright spots, even on large surfaces. The light scattering ensures that the colors do not fade and that even fine details of the image remain clearly visible. This is particularly important for applications where the visual effect is paramount, such as advertising displays, exhibition walls or decorative elements in interiors. The production process of the slide material begins in our modern, in-house printing shop. Our experienced employees carefully monitor every step of the printing process to ensure that the printed image results meet your specifications. After the image has been printed on the slide material, the light box is adjusted and covered. The textile material is cut to size in our sewing shop, provided with a rubber piping all around and stretched into the frame of the light box. Since our textile material has a high stretch content, it is easy to handle and offers a smooth and wrinkle-free surface that shows off the image motif to its best advantage.

By delivering our high-end LED lightboxes with first-class printed, foldable slide covers, we offer you large-format illuminated displays of outstanding quality. By producing in our in-house printing shop, we can also respond flexibly to the wishes and requirements of our customers. Whether it is a unique advertising motif, an artistic design or a tailor-made solution for interior design – we are able to realize individual image motifs of the highest quality and integrate them perfectly into our light boxes.
